Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated and professional Archive Administrator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide essential archiving services, managing records and images within our Nucleus system and ensuring compliance with public records requirements for all stakeholders. You’ll contribute to our commitment to quality, occupational health & safety, information security, and environmental management objectives, playing a key part in our growth story while evolving your skills in a welcoming culture.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrity and security of records and images, ensuring strict compliance with Information Security Policies, including Nucleus and NDA guidelines.
- Perform diverse scanning operations, including high-speed, large format, microfilm, microfiche, film, and book scanning.
- Manage information requests and retrieval, liaising professionally with NDA, other stakeholders, and the public via various communication channels.
- Handle comprehensive document and file storage record management, including accessioning new collections, overseeing document destruction, and accurate data input to the Archive Management System.
- Operate essential equipment such as scanners, shredders, and work assist vehicles competently, adhering to all safety and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high safety and security awareness in a professional environment.
- Understanding of and adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and Nucleus Quality Management System requirements.
- Awareness and understanding of ISO 27001 and GDPR, with the ability to demonstrate effective compliance with information security requirements.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety obligations and legislation, coupled with a commitment to on-site policy adherence.
- Proficiency in data input and management, with the ability to handle document logistics and perform detailed quality checks.
