Assistant Hotel Manager

Full Time 

We are looking to recruit an Assistant Hotel Manager for our busy 3* hotel in the North of Scotland.

As we have an AA Rosette it is important to us that you will be able to demonstrate high end Restaurant experience within a fine dining environment whilst giving a warm and heartfelt welcome to our customers.

This role requires an enthusiastic, highly motivated and truly professional individual. This role will suit either an Duty Manager, with food and beverage experience, who is ready to step up or a current Food & Beverage Manager who is looking for a more responsibility.

You will be able to quickly develop a complete working knowledge of the menu and any specials, and will also be able to answer customer queries quickly, knowledgeably and in a discreet manner in line with our standards.

Attention to detail, a focus on customer care and a hands on approach are essential, as well as a pro-active work ethic and all applicants must have experience in a similar environment. Part of the role will be performing a Duty Management role as well.

The working week is 5 days out of 7 and the hours of work are variable dependant on the business. There is the opportunity for promotion to the General Manager’s role with proven results.
