Full Time, Permanent, 37 hours per week

Salary: £37,831 – £46,100

Are you interested in being part of the North & West Sutherland Integrated Health and Social Care Team? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who wishes to join Community Mental Health Team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse, Generic and Drug and Alcohol Recovery within the Integrated Team, to provide care and support to patients in their own homes and other community settings across primarily North Sutherland.  You will be required to carry out assessments, care planning, care implementation and reviews and act as a care co-ordinator where appropriate for clients in the North Sutherland area.  You will need to demonstrate a broad range of clinical therapeutic work as well as being able to work both independently and within the multi-disciplinary team setting.

This post will be based at Melvich, but you would be expected to travel substantially across North Sutherland.  A full driving licence is essential and a pool car may be available, however applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes, if required.  Applicants are required to be registered with the NMC as a Registered Nurse Mental Health. To support candidates looking to relocate we can offer assistance and support with relocation expenses up to £8,000 for eligible candidates.  In return for your enthusiasm and commitment we provide a support working environment and access to further training and development opportunities.  This is a full-time permanent post of 37 hours per week, to be worked in accordance with service requirements.
