NHS Senior Healthcare Support Worker (Band 3) – Occupational Therapy, Caithness Community Mental Health Team
Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,468 – £27,486
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 3 Senior Health Care Support Worker (Occupational Therapy) working as part of the Community Mental Health Team within Caithness.
The role holder will complete additional assessment of an individual’s Occupational Therapy needs as allocated by a qualified Occupational Therapist. The post holder will provide a programmed of therapeutic interventions for individuals with health and social needs, adapting and adjusting the interventions in response to the clients or carers needs.
You will have good communication and personal skills, time management and organisational skills. You will need to have the ability to work alone and on your own initiative but still be a team player. You must be adaptable, self-motivated and able to respond to challenges.
This is a full time post on permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week, covering across a 7-day rota. The applicant should be willing to travel effectively and efficiently. A pool car will be available.
