Job Title Records Administrator
- Department. NDA
- Location Wick
- Reports to (direct) Team Leader
- Working Pattern Mon – Fri – 07.30-15.30
Objectives of the Role
- Priage / Scan and quality check records and support activities for our client the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
- Sort confidential information to ensure that it is appropriately logged.
- Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand the Records Retention Schedule
- Check records against the Records Retention Schedule to decide which output stream to put the record in / Priage / Scanning and quality checking of records.
- Decide whether the record should be retained, shredded, or considered by the client for correct action
- Raise any queries with the Team Leader
- Understand the key principles and requirements of ISO 27001 and GDPR and be able to effectively demonstrate compliance with all applicable information security requirements

- Be able to follow instructions provided by the Team Leaders to organise documents correctly
- Can sift documents at the expected rate with no reduction in attention to detail and quality
- No or very few errors made where documents are incorrectly sorted, especially those for shredding
